1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zbz8 ("zbz8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zbz8 website located at zbz8.io, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other products or services offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the zbz8 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you provide to zbz8 is accurate, complete, and truthful.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and zbz8.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The zbz8 platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 years and above. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the zbz8 platform under any circumstances.

zbz8 employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. If zbz8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 21, zbz8 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any funds pending completion of age verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The zbz8 platform is intended for use by players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the zbz8 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. zbz8 makes no representation that the Service is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh and accepts no liability for your use of the platform in contravention of applicable local laws.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following categories of person are not eligible to register or maintain a zbz8 account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from zbz8 or who are subject to a voluntary exclusion period that has not yet expired;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of zbz8 or its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such persons;
• Persons accessing the platform via automated scripts, bots, or other non-human means;
• Persons who have had a zbz8 account previously terminated for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the zbz8 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. zbz8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify the information provided during registration.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one zbz8 account. If zbz8 identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — zbz8 may, at its sole discretion:

• Merge the duplicate accounts into a single account;
• Close all duplicate accounts and credit any remaining balance to the primary account;
• Forfeit any bonus credits or winnings associated with duplicate accounts;
• Permanently suspend all accounts held by the player concerned.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbz8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party and must notify zbz8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

zbz8 will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity conducted using your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained your credentials — will be treated as activity authorised by you.

3.4 KYC Verification

zbz8 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account, or bank statement).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period requested by zbz8 will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zbz8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the zbz8 platform at all times.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at zbz8 is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your zbz8 account balance within seconds of confirmation. zbz8 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zbz8 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. zbz8 will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned and the depositing account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount at zbz8 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and within the same business day for zbz8 VIP Gold tier members and above, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. If a deposit was made via bKash, the corresponding withdrawal must be returned to the same bKash account number.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the zbz8 platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳ / BDT). No multi-currency conversion is applied on the zbz8 platform; all account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

zbz8 offers various bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings, and validity periods — are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your zbz8 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

zbz8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings where zbz8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in any of the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or first-deposit bonus more than once;
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Coordinating with other players to abuse referral, affiliate, or promotional systems;
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which the player would not otherwise be eligible;
• Using automated betting software or scripts to place wagers for the purpose of clearing bonus requirements.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

zbz8 periodically runs enhanced promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural and sporting events, including BPL and IPL cricket seasons, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the zbz8 platform at the time the promotion is active.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Certified Game Providers

All games available on the zbz8 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider's games operate using independently audited random number generators ("RNGs") that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every round. zbz8 does not modify game outcomes, alter return-to-player ("RTP") settings for individual accounts, or engage in any practice that deviates from the certified mathematical design of each game title.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules

All sports betting markets — including live cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by zbz8's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the zbz8 platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, zbz8's Sportsbook Rules shall be the definitive reference document. zbz8 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneously published price, subject to the provisions of the Sportsbook Rules.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the zbz8 platform, game engine, or payment system, zbz8 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return the corresponding stakes to the players concerned. zbz8 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the applicable stake amount.

6.4 Player Disputes

If you believe that a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must contact zbz8 customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised more than 30 days after the event will not be considered. zbz8 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zbz8 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one zbz8 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials to deposit funds;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the zbz8 platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the site, or claiming bonuses;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in zbz8 platform software or game engines for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as a betting intermediary using your zbz8 account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zbz8 customer support staff or other platform users.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the zbz8 platform — including but not limited to the zbz8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials ("zbz8 Content") — is the exclusive property of zbz8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zbz8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any zbz8 Content without prior written consent from zbz8;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any zbz8 platform software;
• Create derivative works based on zbz8 Content;
• Use the zbz8 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without zbz8's prior written permission.

9 Privacy & Data

zbz8 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zbz8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform connections to protect your personal data and financial information in transit. zbz8 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data will be shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for operating the platform — including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers — and in each case subject to binding data processing agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zbz8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the zbz8 platform, even if zbz8 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

zbz8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to the zbz8 platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.

zbz8 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your voluntary decision to gamble, including any gambling debts incurred;
• Interruptions to the Service resulting from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank partners;
• Variation in game availability due to provider-side maintenance or regulatory requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

zbz8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a fundamental platform value. Every zbz8 account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, all available immediately at no charge from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure time-based alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration, helping you maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your zbz8 account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, wager, or access any game content.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your zbz8 account at any time by contacting zbz8 customer support at [email protected]. Before processing your account closure request, zbz8 will settle any open bets, process any pending withdrawals, and complete KYC verification if not already completed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the account closure request.

12.2 Termination by zbz8

zbz8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where zbz8 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false registration information;
• The player is under 21 years of age;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse or any other form of platform manipulation;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk to zbz8.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, zbz8 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, zbz8 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, any withheld balance will be returned to the player within 10 business days.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by zbz8 — all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect after termination.

13 Amendments to These Terms

zbz8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zbz8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the zbz8 platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the zbz8 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the zbz8 platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1 before the effective date of the amended Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. zbz8 operates as a safe and reliable platform and makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zbz8 platform, zbz8 and the player concerned shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a competent court where necessary to protect that party's legitimate interests pending resolution of the dispute.
